The industry is at a pivotal point with rapid innovation driving the sector forward and a workforce that is evolving at the same pace. The skills needs are changing and the pipeline of talent is altering too.

The second World Skills Cafe is a global forum to bring to together industry representatives at this critical  juncture for the industry.

The event will will be split between keynotes, panels and fireside chats.

Patterns, themes and deeper questions will be shared within the findings and the output will be an Action Plan with initiatives and programmes of work that individuals, organisations and companies will commit to carry out throughout 2025 / 26.
