Mentoring Programme
We have now delivered two mentoring programmes supporting 40 people across the media and entertainment industry. With another 100 industry volunteers offering their support as Mentors or supporting the programme through fireside chats and 1-2-1 talks.
The programme lasts for 6months and includes montly meet-ups, indusrty fireside chats, as well as the direct support from a Mentor.
The next programme will launch in Autumn 2025.

Wired Differently
We’re delighted to support and promote this new podcast which focusses on adult neurodiversity, featuring professionals from across the broadcast industry.

Thinklab-BBC CAPE Neurodiversity Project
This report has been delivered between the University of Cambridge ThinkLab and the BBC to investigate how organisations can create an inclusive workplace culture that recognises and celebrates neurodiversity.
